help with purchasing a pickup

I need a little help on what I should offer and expect to pay for a vehicle I want to buy.
95 ford f250 XLT
4x4
5.8L gas engine
regular cab
long bed
99k miles
great mechanincal and cosmetic condition
location central iowa
dealer listed $7995

my wife is graduating this spring and her favorite trucks are mid 90's fords so that is why I want this particular model Ill just have to hide for a fer months /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Any suggestion/strategies

I use all 3 and then once I have all their different results, use the best to my advantage (use the lowest when buying, highest when selling).

the price seems kinda high for a single cab. But if they are finnacing the deal then its about right for a dealer to charge.
If you are paying cash then subtract 15-30% from the price has been my experience at dealers lots.
