Folks, need your help. Just got a new Kioti DK50SE HST w/cab, and FEL. Had dealer in MD add a WR Long 72inch Root Grapple with the Hydraulic/electronic remote. Well things went wrong when I got the tractor to SC and started to try and do some cutting with the rotary cutter. The unit that I guess is the solenoid for the remote that was added blew an O ring and dumped fluid. I finally fixed that, added 5 gal of fluid, and everything is working again (FEL lifts, bucket curls, 3pt lifts, toplink works). What is not working is the grapple cylinders. They do not respond to the button being pushed. Will not open. Any suggestions?

Check the volts to the solenoid. There may be a manual way to activate the solenoid. Remove the caps on the solenoid and see if you can push on the pin to move the spool.

Check the ground also.

To check the switch out, use a jumper set direct from the battery to the solenoid.

Sorry for the long delay. After talking with the installer of the 3rd function for the grapple thumbs, I was able to locate a blown 10amp Micro fuze near the starter. Replaced that and they worked fine.
