On these tractors sits the hydraulic pump on the shaft for the the PTO. Therefore the PTO must be engaged and rotate to get oil pressure. Button on T-boom must be pressed simultaneously as one pushes the lever to 3 point hitch forward. On hitch there are three holes, the front one is hinging the middle is to lock the hook when no T-boom is in use and the latter is for the struts. check that there is nothing in the center hole. Remember that there is only a singel disc clutch on these so if it is pushed down then the hydraulic pump will not work
