On the Travel Channel the other night, they had a program about millionaires toys. They showed a class A motor home that was more luxurious than many homes. The kicker was that it had a garage in the rear with a new mini Cooper automobile. The car was was part of the package. If my memory does not fail me I believe they quoted $500,000 for the price.

It was only $350,000 according to the show and I though it was actually a bargain. If we can call a 350K RV a bargain!

I think the football player Troy Vincent form the Eagles has one similar to take his family to east coast games.

This ought to work for you, then. They were originally a Mercedes truck and have, at least in the US, been put under the Freightliner unbrella. Freightliner owns Sterling and Western Star as well and is, in turn, owned by Daimler Benz (the Mercedes Benz people), which also owns Chrysler Motor Corporation and has become Daimler Chrysler, if I have that right.

I used to own an OKA, they are good, but not great trucks.

They have a weak driveline and tranny. They are great in the sand, western austrilia where they are made is a huge sand flat.

The premis of the vechile is sound, and they are getting better last time I looked.

Did you know that there are RVs that go as high as 2 million, and they are not as uncommon as you would think. Many are bult on Prevost chassies, and yes they are very nice. Many of the common rv companies like fleetwood and others have models that go upto $250,000.

Tell me about it... we live in the RV capitol of the world. The highways leading away from this area are covered with brand new RVs leaving for who knows where. The economy must not be too bad for lots of folks. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
