Thanks for the pictures.

Now take one of the hour meter cause you'll never see it that low again.

Good luck with it!

Congratulations. She's a real beauty. I can barely remember when mine was that clean. Enjoy her. She'll do just about any project you ask and not complain! What a treat.

You mean like this?? Great idea, because I have already doubled the hours on it. Not too hard to do when it is new.

The rest of the story . . .

Thought I'd bring y'all up to date since it has been almost 3 days. Friday I was out of town, so no seat time. /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif But, I didn't have attachments anyway. Saturday I finally made my decisions - Woods BB60 rotary cutter, King Kutter II 60" tiller. My local implement dealer was glad to see me! I was still fretting as to if I really should have gotten the 48" cutter (like the B7800 owners manual stated) vs. the 60" that so many on this site were running. I still fail to see how that tractor could pick something almost as big as it is. I'm still in awe at how it effortlessly lifted the BB60 right off the trailer! Take a good look at the picture. Notice how clean everything is? It ain't so no more! I was mowing for 1.5 hours after that picture and what a mess! I already need to clean out the front grille of the tractor because of all the fuzz from the weeds.

I should also say the my fears of having enough HP to run a 5' cutter were quickly erased. The B7800 didn't even flinch when going through 5' grass. I am very pleased.

As for the tiller, not too much of a hurry there. We are in a bad dry spell and my clay soil is like concrete at the moment. Hopefully it will rain this week.

As a matter of fact . . . that slow moving vehicle sign managed to fall off within the first hour I used it! I guess they didn't tighten the bolts tight enough. I had to walk back through my pasture where I was mowing to find it. I just tossed it in the barn for now.

You better get a snowblower, you live pretty close to Grand Rapids. Remember last winter. Why did you get a block heater? My "Kubby is not affected at all by the cold. I usually keep it in the shed next to the barn and it starts right up.

Hi Daryl and all,

I don't know about brooster, but I got a block heater on mine because it just seems like it would be better for the engine to start at a warmer temperature. Less wear and tear? I don't really know.

But when I turn that key in the cold and the tractor starts right up like it was spring...well, I don't know about the tractor, but I do know I feel pretty good about it.

Come to think about it, the tractor probably doesn't care one way or the other... /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
