Are we to understand that Kioti allowed you to return your DK-40 for some sum of money and you then purchased the Kubota shown in this thread? Not looking to rehash the Kioti debacle, but would like to hear the final outcome to the story.
Glad you have something that is working for you now.

Thank I'm glad to . I wished it worked out . Every brand gets a few lemons it's how the other brands held it. I had a couple small things with the kubota and the dealer came out fixed it . Some fitting weren't seated right and from factor some hoses where over crimped and leaking . Fix right away. Didn't have to fight with them like kioti dealer

Yep. it happens, mu brother and I both had hydraulic leaks on our, Davis Farm Supply sent a tech out, but couldn't fix it on site, so he picked it up and fixed it, my brother bought his Kioti out of state so he had to haul it, but they worked on it and we're both happy with our machines.

I've had issues with MF, Case and John Deere, so it's surely not brand specific.

Enjoy your new tractor. :)

Can't disclose the outcome. All I can say is no kioti tractor any more. All I can say is they made it right.

So you make a big deal out of the problems you have with Kioti and then make this post claiming the new tractor will do all the things the old one wouldn't and when asked for details you say you can't disclose the outcome??

Nothing like a provocative title to carry on a not-so-hidden agenda. :) OP, you still don't seem to be satisfied, even though you say Kioti did the right thing. Glad you have a tractor that keeps running for you. Not trying to be uncharitable, but it appears that if your dealer's service dept. had been able to find out why the Kioti wouldn't keep running, then it would indeed have done everything the Kubota is doing in the pics.

And I said that at 10hrs of no issues. After the 10hrs it went down hill. I'm sure or kioti can do what the kubota a doing in the pictures the one I had couldn't.

Your father-in-law liked it better than his Kubota..

Any tractor can sit in a foundation hole, have a boulder chained to it's FEL, or hold a few sheets of plywood on some pallet forks. Seems to me you ought to be thanking Kioti corp here for taking care of you and your problematic tractor, rather than once again taking out your frustration on your bad luck with your one Kioti tractor, and trying to make it like your DK-40 couldn't do the minimal tasks you present in your pictorial.
Now you have a Kubota. Good for you. I'm sure it will be an excellent tractor for you, but it is not any better or worse than a Kioti of similar specs.
If you have an actual non-disclosure clause settlement with Kioti it would be wise not to shoot your mouth off here about what your Kioti could or couldn't do.
You could get sued for breaking the non-disclosure, especially since you are now clearly slamming Kioti(s) for no good reason. You did say they made it right, yes?!:confused2: If so then let it go and tell people, if anyone will listen, how great your new tractor is and leave the old one be.
