Too bad the original threads about the Kioti went so sour. If Kioti came to any settlement with LaK, there was obviously some major issues with it. Would have like to hear more about how that went.

I had a bad experience with my first kioti, but they made it right, just like they did for LaK. That says a lot about a brand. Not sure why you continue to bash them. My DK 45 has done everything in those pictures and then some, all in the comfort of air conditioning while enjoying some music. Doesn't mean its better, just that I bought something different based on my needs.

Bota has made their name for themselves, and are living on their past
Kioti is building a name, and has to build the unit that will make their name for the future

NO, it's not true, but some who own "Kobotas" wishful thinking might lead them to erroneously make a conclusion like that.

I would just feel lucky you got Kioti to buy it back/whatever and get you out of the trouble you had. In many cases, that never happens, and you would just get screwed. Happens with all different companies (America Honda Automotive has been the worst in my personal experience). If Kioti stepped up to the plate, be thankful and move on!
