Been lurking here for a while now haha. I have an Erie manufacturing em15 Chinese mini excavator and a Clark gps15 forklift. I have ten acres of pretty steep heavily forested property my house is on. I’m looking to purchase a loader type piece of equipment for maintaining the driveway, clearing brush and down trees, do some trenching for electrical and slowly start cutting away the hillside to add on to the house.
I’ve gone back and forth picking a backhoe vs a ctl vs a tractor. I’ve ran a backhoe a lot at work and know I could do most of the work with one of those but they’re rather big and expensive. I’ve been told I could grade my driveway much better with a tractor with box blade and grader blade once I learn how to use them. What’s your guys take?
