I have a 3/4 It is Chinese made .been using it for a while. it was 41$ Some times I use a 4ft bar with it some time a 6ft bar.My son tells me that is not the way to do it. But at my age, you use all the help you can get.

Oooh! I'm tellin'! You'll void your warranty doin' that! If you don't know me, I'm just kidding. I still enjoy proving to my son that I'm stronger than him and all his buddies in RTOC; except when it comes to their boxing group. I laced them up and went 2 rounds (not a few; 2) with one of his buddies. I'd say we were were honestly even, and he even commented about me doing so well for an old man, but he was fine the next day. I hurt for a month!

Moral of that story; if you feel the need, use a cheater bar. If you break your $41 set, go buy another.
