High Capacity FEL Bucket Mod

Picked up a new to me skid steer bucket a few weeks ago, made some modifications so it’ll work on my homemade quick attach for my Mahindra 2615, and also made an extension to increase capacity for mulch, leaf cleanup, and firewood.

Cut down some 4” square tube, drilled holes and welded them up to bucket

I'd like to see more details on the HM QA build. I've got a Kubota B7800 and taking the FEL off - well, it's a real chore (I've never attempted!).

Taking entire FEL off? Or just removing the bucket from the FEL arms?

Just be careful to not overloaded the bucket! Could be a seat creaser!

Looks good, I need to make a higher capacity mulch bucket one day for the L, the bx I can just use the L's bucket!

Good job, seems like it would be easy to overload, there have been many times I could use a physically wider and deeper bucket.

Easy to make debris forks out of angle iron. Great for hauling brush

You might want to consider adding a locking system so the pins in the arms are forced to rotate in the greaseable area of the joint. Otherwise, the 1/4" flange might be where the pivot occurs causing wear at that point as opposed to the greater surface area where the pin is in the cylinder rod.
Maybe it is secured to the plate and I cannot see it though.

OP: what is the fel capacity of your tractor? weight of the bucket? nice work. looks good for brush/debris removal as well
