In my opinion, considering the steel increases, and the increase in price for the DK45S with all of its additional features, the price is in the neighborhood of $800 to $1000 high, but, once again, it depends on so many factors such as location, cost of living, cost of doing business in that area.
I like break down prices better, it's easier to see where the pork is.

Thanks powerstroke. You're exactly right. Everything gets passed on. Buying sooner than later is probably a good idea as everything just continues to escalate in price.
