Kevin's brother is great at cleaning up, Kevin is a great actor - in the right role. How about Field of Dreams or Dances With Wolves? Waterworld, not so much.

Only problem is, it's flowing out faster than they can it clean up

i'm waiting for someone to design a machine to skim the surface of the sand, separate the oily stuff, and put the bulk of the sand back down. I envision something that looks like a Zamboni (sp?) but with wider tires. All those guys with shovels look like the definition of useless.

All those guys look like the definition of good PR maybe. It can't hurt, whatever they manage scrape up. In lieu of a functioning 'beach Zamboni', it's better than nothing.

Let's see, it would need a scrapper and conveyor belt to bring the oily sand into the processing chamber - see it's half done already Maybe Kevin's brother can provide the finishing touches ?

Nope. The sand goes across a shaker screen. Below the screen is an array of mannequin torsos with swimsuits on. Those swimsuits collect all the clean sand. Almost there ......
