Got a paint job on my pine needle rake.

Looking really nice. :)

This gives me an idea for a multi-use 3pt tool. I need a hay spear with foldable spears and with the tow receiver on the bottom leg in the middle. This way I can swap in and out the tow ball sizes and have one implement that does TWO things rather than two things in the shed taking up space.

Thus taking each one of these mered together ...

What about a hay spear that fits the 2" receiver? The stabilizer spears are short enough not to likely cause an issue with a center mounted hitch. I would think that having a folding main spear would be difficult to build with enough strength.

Take a look at this Youtube video of the foldable hay spear. Grant it, this tractor model is smaller than mine, but the hay spear attachemnt is a good size. Only two long spears are needed to fork the big round bale.

I used the through-bolt spear and sleeve from Agri-supply with a lock pin. It comes right off. My spikes are bolt-on but not so quick to remove. A mini version of the sleeve and pin would work fine to make them removable. Edit: You could just use 2 of the agri-supply spears. This is the spear: http://www.agrisupply.com/replacement-bale-spear/p/49667/&sid=&eid=/

Small item , I wanted a bumper for my new Gr2120 , I have a 8n Ford tractor I blade with , so don't plan to add any attachments to front . Asked Kubota , and was told front bumper isn't available . Took the optional bumper off my Gt5000 and modified it to fit the Kubota. Pull 2 pins and bumper folds down to open hood , doesn't interfere with deck removal . Is held on by 2 bolts thru holes already in mower.

I made a cab for L3400. I made a grapple that mounts on the load arms instead of the bucket. That way I could use it for forks, picking up logs. Or I can use it with the bucket as a thumb.

Pretty clever - great idea

Oh! I like that thumb/ grapple idea. When you have the forks on is the grapple out of the way enough to p/u a 42" high pallet of something?

Just made some end panels for my snow plow. Luckily there were provisions for it built onto the blade. I have some open areas that (I hope) this will speed things up. It's about a 20 min. conversion, mostly because of the diag. braces. I still need the angle blade for most of my plowing.

I built this jib pole out of some stuff laying around a few years back. It'll reach about 30' (straight up) on the SS with the arms up. There is about an 8' cly. to make it telescope out. The outside is a 6X6X.25 tupe with a 4X4X.375 inside it with some slides I made up to acommodate the inside dimensions. I did the "snow rake" attachment after I put that "lean to" on the back of the shop. The blade is a 2X10 p.t. on a steel backer and it can swivel some to accommodate the machine not being level with the roof. It does not harm the metal roof, but I am very careful! Snow just will not come off a 3/12! The end of the pole is built like a large (4") reciever hitch, I can slide in & pin different end configurations for lifting. Sorry no pics of it on the tractor.
