Who owns $40,000 vehicles, not me. I wouldn't spend my money on a car that expensive when I can buy it 2-3 years old for around almost half that. As for garage space and clutter. The nearest hardware store is 7 miles. The nearest Home Depot is about 10 miles. I'd prefer keeping some things in stock rather than to make special trips at night or on weekends into the city to buy one or two items that I need to finish a project. Once the barn is completey finished. I plan to have a nice selection of lumber stacked in there for future projects and home repair. It will be all high and dry and ready for use. My steel selection will be increased also into a nice rack system if I can find the time to do it.

The garage is clean, but stuffed to the gills. I have 1000 sq feet but still leave my daily driver outside. The wife's car is parked inside, along with the L3710, FEL and snow blower, as well as the Z21 zero turn, several freestanding woodworking tools, 4'x16' workbench, 4000 board feet of timbers and lumber, 60 gallon upright compressor, 12 summer tires, 6500 watt generator, 100 gallons of fluids, (oil, kero, diesel, ww fluid, antifreeze, hydro, ATF), 2 kero heaters, 2 garbage cans, 2 30 gallon drums of sand/salt, 20+ shovels, rakes, forks, hoes and 6+ toolboxes.

If I get time this summer, I plan to build another oversize 2 car garage with a 4 post lift.

2 car garage that has over the years managed to hold one car. The other is my shop space. Also have two sheds, one 12x12 the other 20x20 where mowers/tractor and gardening stuff is stored. Junk?? Lots but I do manage to keep a clear path and room around the bench and vise for working. Being retired now (2 years) I am gradually reducing the junk quotient every time I make a dump run.

Was planning to patch around cutting the taller green stuff on the lawn today but it is now snowing. Haven't had any winter to speak of up here in the NW this year.

Free from dirt, stain, or impurities; unsoiled.

Free from foreign matter or pollution; unadulterated: clean air; clean drinking water.
Not infected: a clean wound.

Producing relatively little pollution: a clean fuel; a cleaner, more efficient engine.
Producing relatively little radioactive fallout or contamination: a clean nuclear bomb.
Having no imperfections or blemishes; regular or even: a clean edge; a smooth, clean joint.

I have a four car garage, a 30 x 80 machine shed and a 7500 sq ft barn.

There is just enough room in the machine shed for my shop and to park the tractor, the rest is full of other equipment and last years hay.

The barn is comitted to the horses and associated stuff.

The garage is still full of boxes (full of stuff still) from when we moved almost two years ago.

The cars get parked outside. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Well, clean is open for interpretation.

I would say most of mine is organized (which is also up for interpretation) but at least I know where things are.

I use a lot of the rubbermaid tubs and keep stuff in those. The contents may not be organized within the tubs but at least I can keep things "grouped". I have shelves full of coffee cans for bolts and small hardware as well.

Everything except trailers and a few barrels/drums are stored indoors. I do have a "junk" building which by most appears a mess. This is where seasonal items and spare supplies are kept.

Clean? Relative to what? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif My garage is clean, no grease or oil on the floor. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif My tools might not be clean, but they are used. This is a photo of "MY" side of the garage. I had to move the TC out to get this. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif It just barely fits with the ROPS down. I've only got a 14' by 24' space in the garage. I also have a 12' by 20' addon on the end of the garage. It doesn't look any better! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Now my wifes side looks better, even though I can't get either of the trucks in there either. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif I'm quite proud of my stuff, that's why the photo! /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
