Good ol'Unimog. Those things are awesome and crazy expensive as well.
But can be setup all sorts of things. Can use front and rear 3 pt hitch plus PTO. Can be setup with a crane behind the cab.
Over here, Power companies will use these to set up poles for the electric grid on hard to reach places.
