That steering knob is almost a must. I am surprised that PT doesn't include them on all the machines. They definitely make steering easier. When you wear it out, then you will know that you have many hours on the machine.

Looks like you got quite a few nice attachments in the deal. Is that a Craftsman LT-1000 I have one. Going on four years running great Zero problems. So how are you liking the PT so far has it been getting a work out ??:eek: Just came in from moving dirt piles, thought I would take a break and let the PT cool down...

You said it. :) The PTs are so easy to use and so fast at what they can do, that when i do stop and look, it still surprises me. (like putting in twenty five 8' 6"x6" posts on steep slopes in rock hard ground every four minutes for two hours and going Wow! that went quickly.)

I remember doing most of the PT chores by hand, and I don't miss it, or rather I'm WAAAY more productive.
