How did you find TBN?

was looking for some feed back on bx-22 and stumbled across this site and bookmarked it. Now I try to visit it on a daily basis if I have time. there is quite a large pool of knowledge on this site and I have been acting like a sponge and soaking up as much as I can on topics that I am not very familiar with. I found it two versions earlier than this, just doing a search on Kubota. I think I had just got my B8200 Kubota.

And, I remember when Mr. Rat was the infamous "Paddock"/w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif

As I recall sometime around Oct of 1999, the "switch" to TBN occurred. And the rest, IS HISTORY!

If you haven't ever seen the "Way Back Machine" it is pretty neat, don't cha think?

In my case it was only April of this year and I believe I was searching for info on a Deere 1050 as a local dealer had one I was interested in buying. I found a post mentioning 'Deere 1050" and then went to the root of the post, then the home page and now, some eight months and probably far too many posts later (far, far more questions than answers), here I am.

At this point, a visit to TBN occurs every time I turn on my PC and I probably average more than one visit per PC session. The best description I've given of it is that TBN is what I always thought and hoped the internet could be. I only wish I'd found it sooner.

I Was looking to replace my grey Kubota L 1500 DT( the only tractor my wife couldn't manage to kill)...and typed in a search on "google" for compact tractors..... Two tractor purchases later......A NH TC 33D (HOME)... & a NH TC 40D at my other property ....and I'm still here....Everyone has been a great help........Tom.... ps....the kubota leaves to go to my brother inlaw in florida this Feb.....couldn't let it get out of the family !!!!!!!!!!

I came to tbn a little differntly, I was looking for information on a gray Mitsubishi I had just stolen uh bought,guess I got information overload and get away.

I deal in used material handling equipment (forklifts, sissor lifts etc.).......I sold a NH dealer a used (off lease) forklift for their new facility.......Since then they've sold me many used machines( skidsteers, loader tractors, etc.).and we developed a good working relationship.....I looked at kubotas..but the NH dealer beat their price......and I've had 2 NH skidsteers for years (L785, L250, then a new LS 120) and they have been dependable machines so I thought I'd try blue....I have a total of 5 hours on both machines Got them in late oct./ nov......Mowed once with the TC 33 and put it in the barn for the winter( I use the skid loaders for snow removal)...The TC 40 I drove off the truck and put it away.....Looking for a FEL and other attachments in the spring.......Tom

I did an internet search for "Kubota" in the summer of 1997 and found one of the earlier versions of this site. Can't remember if I had just purchased my Kubota or was about to.
