Plenty roast, chops, and mince.

Well... I have plenty of beef, so no sense pushing it with customs.:laughing: If you could work out the time & finances, you'ld sure be welcome!:thumbsup:

Three and a half weeks until the picnic. I know I have a couple takers and lots who would like to come if they were closer. So who all thinks they have a chance of making it so I can get an idea how many to expect and plan for?

Well, it seems like the 14th will be here fast. I'm trying to figure out my schedule to get everything ready on time. Whoever said I had a lot of work to do for this was sure right. A lot more than I expected.:laughing:

So far this is the list of possible attendees:
Treemonkey1000, ydelta, Kaizer Peas, Denwa, GT2, ScottW, Bob Rooks, cycle_gator, tractorErnie, woodlandfarms, ultrarunner, Kaliburz, & AKKAMAAN.

Including myself and my partner, that's 15 families if everyone is able to make it.:thumbsup: Actually make that 16 as I almost forgot that I invited a neighbor from up the street who is into tractoring. Maybe we can get him onto TBN.:thumbsup:

If I've missed anyone or anyone else wants to attend, let me know here or drop me a PM so I can get my address and phone number to you.

I should remind everyone that this is a potluck. I have the beef and 2 BBQs. I also plan to pick up corn on the cob sometime shortly before the picnic. If everyone that I've PM'd can reply back on if they can make it or not and how many I should expect, it will make it easier for me for buying the corn.

Also, we only have about 12 chairs, so bring some if you have any. We have several canopy covers for shade or rain, and 32 feet worth of tables plus a picnic table so we should be good there.

Anyone have any other suggestions on things I need to think about and might be missing?

I was just asked what time on the 14th. I asked my wife what she thought and she said any time after 10 AM would be good although I'm sure I'll be there somewhere between 8 & 9.
