How do you store your grease gun

Plastic tub. Clean it out once in a while.

I never thought of hanging a grease gun. I just toss mine on the shelf under the work bench.

...but, before greasing anything, I pump about a 1/8" of grease out and throw that away.
I figure I don't need to pump any dirt and dust that may have found it way onto the grease at the outlet of the gun into a zerk.

I use a 5 gallon bucket, just hang over inside of bucket with just handle outside bucket (hose and body are inside).

Well sure, you always clean the nozzle and the zerk before pumping grease in there.

Mine are on the back of my "storage doors" with all other oil changing stuff. I use the clamps for grease guns, and the lever operated couplers. Below the guns is a shelf that has a section of oil absorbent pad that keeps things clean.

I screwed an old coffee can to the wall, and hang my grease gun from a nail above it so that if it drips it'll go into the can.
