If the propeller-heads can have all their crappy controls , why can't we have - you know - loader joystick and TPH and PTO controls
I'm with you, hobbyfarm, I for one would waste too much time on it anyway! Of course, some misguided folk must see merit in SimFarm, because I see Ebay has one bid up to $20.
Ebay SimFarm
/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Anyway, back to your idea, I can see it now: SimTractor:
You must first outfit your toy: turf or bar tires; BackHoe or both the BB and BushHog; wide light bucket or narrow heavy bucket, tooth bar or forks....choices choices....
Then the challanges: mow 10 acres or have to pay neighbor $200 [you choose the BH huh?]; don't get it done in minimal time: pay $500 for gift to appease wife.
Then the hundred yard boulder roll....
Oh, the timed stump dig [yep, the BH was a good choice].
My favorite.....you're in the manlift [snow bucket to us farm guys, but don't alert the safety police] & have wife running tractor: must choose between, then execute, yelling over engine noise or using hand signals to get your wife to bring you back to the ground safely. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
But, I fear it would be destroyed by marketing people:
it needs some lasers or machine guns to make it appealing.....and if you loose the BH & FEL you could streamline it for real appeal...what if it goes really fast....if it's streamlined and fast, it'd really sell if it could fly /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
