i didnt mean to belittle anyone i just meant to point out that it happens in all sorts of equipment, not just compact tractors as the guy i quoted was implying. i have had simular things happen myself, i will admit that i was towing my baler home from a field when i had the lefthand tire fall right off the baler, i should have checked it more often, but i didnt, it can happen to anyone. all i was saying is that the reason it shows up more often in compact tractors is that fewer of the people are aware it is neccesary to check the tourqe as often as it is.im sorry if i offended you inspector, and notice also that i didnt say ALL compact owners, i know there are also some compact owners who have far more mechanical know how than many farmers do. thats not to rule out the possiblility that the boomer tractors hubs and/or wheels are defective, i was just responding to the fact that the other guy was implying that it seems to happend alot in compacts of all colors, he said compacts not tractors in general thats why i pointed out that it does happen to equipment of all sizes just it seems to show up more in compacts and i gave the reason i suspect may be part of that. i didnt mean it targeted towards anyone in particular, my appologies to those i may have offended.
