You definitely want to go with a pto-driven bulb changer. It takes a lot of hp to run one of those babies with hydraulics.
You can pick up a cheap chinese bulb changer at any Homier roadshow, but I'd advise against it. I just don't think the quality is there. Bulb changers aren't as simple as back blades or carry-alls; if the welds aren't true or it's a little off center, you'll never get those bulbs lined up with the sockets. Worst case scenario... the bulb-holding thingy won't be machined properly and the bulbs will fall right through. You get what you pay for with bulb changers, I'd go back to the dealer who sold you your tractor and get the factory-matched unit, preferably subframe mounted. Some of those bulbs can be a bear to loosen, and we've all heard stories of 3-pt hitch mounted bulb changers breaking the rear housing on a tractor from the torque.
Now, Bob Skurka might jump in and say that those little compact tractor bulb changers aren't worth the investment, and that you'd be better off by renting an industrial bulb changer once or twice a year. That's definitely something to think about, but if you're changing bulbs on a regular basis, you'd probably want to buy your own.
