I've had my conceal carry permit for 26 years. I tell no one how and where I carry my weapon. I don't feel the need to boast about carrying, but I'm glad I do. It's a personal decision as to whether you want to get your permit. One thing is for sure, if you every have to use your weapon for what ever reason.... it will change your life forever. Could be good or could be bad. My vote is to get the permit. Going to the class will also give you a good education that you may not have regarding this issue. Just be careful and good luck.
Go ahead and get the CCW permit now, get the gun now or later - its well worth the time...
For those that are CC, where do you carry it. In waist band, in waist band holster, under your jacket in winter in a holster, shoulder houlster, ankle holster?

There is a problem with this, at least here in this state. You have to at least have a pistol or borrow one to "qualify" with. It does not have to be the one you carry but you have to have a gun to shoot at the class! I mean you can take a full size 1911 in there if you want but you dont have to carry that gun you can carry a 380 if u like.
