How many hrs?

Don't be to hard on it when you first get it. Mine really did not start running well until it had 20 hours on it. I would guess power is up 10-20% since I got it.

Dont read into this as being a complete bobcat lineup problem. I believe with the larger tractors that the power issues I had showed up more because of their size and weight. I have not had anyone the whole time I was complaining about lack of power say yeah me to but after I got my tractor fixed many have said you know what mine is lacking power also, lol. Seriously take delivery of yr new tractor and enjoy it and give your dealer a chance to service you if needed. These tractors are not rockect science by any means, im sure most dealers are fully capable of servicng these cut's.

If you still need more info shoot me a PM.

It's like this have you ever been in the supermarket when checking out and there is 2 checkouts open and 12 people on line nobody speaks up till you go to customer service and complain then everyone wants to be next when the 3rd checkout opens then everyone speaks up.
Other than that some just like to know everything with tips and tricks for future reference and to check out if it makes a difference with their machine.
I have had my CT230 for almost a month now I have 4hrs on it delivered with 2 on it I started to patch my driveway but with my back it will stay where it is till it warms up(Above 60 steady) If you dont mind posting the info I thank you.

I have 38 hours on my CT335 with FEL since the June delivery. Majority of the hours have been split between finish mowing with a KK 60", bush hogging with a Howse 72", and moving snow this winter.
No complaints as this Bobcat tractor continues to impress me with the power and manueverability.
Prior to June I had been using a '41 9N for mowing and hogging on my 12 acres. It really is night and day

CT225 one of the first 3 sold in WI in 2008, 120 some hours, no issues other than a corroded battery terminal, could use some more power when running the 66" belly mower up slight incline

Got about 65 hrs on my 335 comprised mostly of mowing and hay wagon rides, no power issues; runs good as gold. Seems to clatter for a few seconds upon cold start up when temp is about 30F or lower.

40 hrs now on my ct225, my machine seems to be getting stronger, doesnt hesitate going up the hill to my shop as much as when it was new. I too have been dissapointed with fuel consumption, getting about 1 gal/hr. My only thought is that it is because I have the 25 hp version? People with the 27hp seem to be getting 2gal/hr.. I dont know for sure if this is the case..I was concerned at first about lack of power (especially with the 25hp motor). I have worked my machine pretty hard, planted some new food plots in undisterbed clay based soil using a 5' spring tooth harrow. I was pleasantly surprised at this tractors ability to really dig down and get the job done. Sure, I had to run it in low and when it was really digging I had to back off a little to keep it from bogging down, but it never stalled. I probably could have done the job quicker with a more powerfull tractor, but I still got it done just the same! I've had the same experience with a 5' bushhog. most everything on my place and at my hunting land is no problem, I can run full speed in med range. It will bog down some in my pasture where the grass is especially tall and dense. I have to let off a little on the petal to let the engine catch back up and maybe run a little slower through these areas. Like I said, It gets the job done, and Its a **** of a lot more comfortable than my old ford! Overall no major complaints so far.

142 Hrs on CT445. Have noticed improved power. Still wonder though. Have been pulling logs in woods and have stalled a couple times on large loads.

I am just waiting for the weather to break a little. I plan to get mine back to the dealer and have him check the hydraulic pressure relief valve. I can put mine against a tree in low range in 4wd and stall the motor before I can spin the tires. Not even going to argue with them, it is going to be "FIX IT".

Yeah i feel yr pain guys these tractors deffinately are under powered, I think the biggest problem with them is they are geared to high. They will stall way to easy for those who actually work them. Lots of luck with yr dealer, let us know how you make out. I ran a Kioti yesterday playing in the snow and it was just as bad if not worse than mine so im not sure whats up with these pigs:confused: BTW I have 125 hrs on mine now.
