How reliable is Kioti e.g. compared with Kabota?

I stand corrected, Daedong did build the DK for CC in the mid 2000's for a 3-4 yr. range while CC was in flux w/ Mitsubishi. Then went to Yanmar.
It was the older series DK's, not the current SE's.

I learned something!

I've had my CK 20s for > four years (approx. 450 hrs) and it's never, ever caused me any issues. Other than recommended maintenance (use synthetic oil), I've been more than pleased and wouldn't hesitate to purchase (or recommend) another Kioti if or when that time comes.

Sorry, can't speak regarding a comparison.

Kioti's are way better that Kabota. My CK27 is the only tractor I've ever sat on but I read some stuff on the Internet so I'm pretty much an expert. Hahaha. I just hit 20 hours today boys!!!!

My 2006 DK45 is approaching 400 hrs. The only unscheduled maintenance was replacing a 3-point link (that I lost after a lynch pin fell out) and cleaning dirt out of the ignition switch. I can't comment on Kubota. But the Kioti tractors they sell today are different from when I bought mine. Better or worse? Can't say.

I have a DK45 SE HST at near 400 hours, too. My only unscheduled maintenance was a pinched rear lighting wire that kept causing the fuses to blow, one month ago.

How reliable is a Kioti compared to a Kubota?.. I dunno.. but I am about to find out..I signed for a DK35se today, I have owned 2 Kubota's, and both have been extremely reliable. No failures. My first tractor (purchased new) was a Long 2360. I had several problems with it, most I was able to repair myself. But those old ag tractors were a far cry from our modern machines.

In all seriousness though, the DK35 isnt a ton bigger than the 3400, do you plan on still keeping it??? or is the DK35 meant to replace the 3400?

And I have to ask WHY you decided on the DK35? In all honesty, If I was to buy another tractor, it would be a DK40 or DK45. Not much bigger and I dont think much more $$$ than the 35, but stronger loader.:thumbsup:
