Why doesn't somebody just throw that boat into reverse and drag him back up there? Of course you would need to put the prop into a five gallon bucket of water so that it could get enough traction to do the job.

Don't know how it ended, but yeah, it does look like the driver is still in the truck.
I'll post if I get a higher resolution picture, or any more info.
