How thick is the metal on the Bobtach?

I have a general purpose skid steer bucket but mine does not have those on it, mine has actual steps on it for access into a skid steer.

Just to be on the safe side, I bought some 1/4" stock and welded it to the bobtach and then the hooks to the 1/4". It should be plenty sturdy now.

Arch, here is the pics of my shackle and bucket.
It is attched to brackets that I have on both sides of my bucket.
I do not see these any on anyone elses bucket in pics I have seen posted on here, Im not sure if I got a ******* bucket or if it was built for putting a grapple on it

I did the same thing and I have the same bucket.
