How to catch a vandal??

Put a set of motion flood lights on it, and one of those fake security cameras. They make solar powered lights if you don't have power at the end of your driveway. That stopped our problem.

I would think those lights would have to be positioned and pointed very carefully so as to not distract, annoy or blind passing drivers who are doing no more than going down the road. I don't know your situation or your road but, I can see Local LEOs getting involved if those lights blinded someone and caused a wreck.
