Leave your hood up.:thumbsup:
Guaranteed to keep them out of your engine compartment.

For about the last year and 1/2, this one has solved our problems.

We tried the dryer sheets, bars of soap, Rat-A-Way, poison bars, parking in different spots every night, list goes on..... Pop your hood(s).

Hello;

Mr. Flockmaster 1972;

Yes we had a mouse, chipmunk and red squirrel problem before trying the Victor product and considerable damage as well. So far they have worked just fine. But----not on chipmunks or red squirrels. However I still see them in the area but no damage has occured. For all I know maybe the mice are running around the floor and just not being seen. But not in or on the vehicles.

But unlike the instructions telling to place them on the building floor. WE place them in the object to be protected. Vehicles, under the hood and leave the hood open. On the front floor.
Do it that way for the Corvette, Classic 85 Suburban, and 02 Silverado summer truck.

The boat gets one on the floor near the engine and one up in the cuddy cabin on a bunk.

Take care, nicholas

I second the Jack Russels, mine will dig 3 ft for a mole, he leaves them on the patio for you to see. Have not seen a mouse since we got him.

Ours likes to bring them into the house to show them off before my Lab can swallow them whole. Last winter she spent the day in the barn and accounted for 9 mice and 1 vole. She will climb up into the tractor to get at them leaving her scent behind as a warning.

Friend of mine tried the dryer sheets in her camper. They used them for nesting material.

I have to agree about the dryer sheet thing. For me they not only dragged off the few I put out but they found the box and ate into that too !

My place is in the mountains. Barn cats are just food for the mountain lions and coyotes. The mice also seem to live on the rat poison. For me the only answer has been mouse-proof buildings. It's not easy but I've gotten pretty good at making things mouse proof.

I have a thread going on another forum about how to do it. I'll post a link here when it's farther along.
