How to get PTO to run w/o being in seat-wood chipper??

Mine does not shut off, it keeps working with my logging winch. I put N , lock the brakes get off, put my choking chains to the logs, come back turn the PTO switch on. If I do not lock the brakes it just beeps a few times. I have the LS XG3140 '2017

My MF seat switch points down and is moved forward when seat is in place, so I just stuff my always on the tractor shop rag in to push the seat switch forward after tilting seat up, makes it accessible to pull it in an emergency since the PTO controls are on opposite side from the chipper chutes.

I've got a BOB (Big Orange Button) that will be mounted on the chipper chute with a cable to a quick connect in parallel with the seat switch, so I can activate it when using chipper, if needed BOB is quite accessible to kill the tractor. Oh, yes I have an over-run clutch on the chipper, not sure I like that in that even if you kill the tractor the chipper runs on nearly 10 seconds, but stopping the inertia of a 50# flywheel is a task of itself!.
