I found a remote area to live because I enjoy my privacy. I do not like having my lawn torn up or trespassers on my property. There are enough jerks on ATV's, SxS's, motorcycles, snowmobiles, Jeeps etc. that ignore signs... being pleasant about it does not work on these people.

Some of the locals have rescinded access for snowmobile trails across their property due to the excessive noise, people getting off the trail and tearing things up, and leaving trash. With trails being closed, these jerks are going "off trail" and exploring other places to ride. I see the problem getting worse.

I do not care if someone turns around in my driveway...just respect the property. I have a large turn around area 50 yards from my gate...there is no reason for anyone to enter my property and yet it happens. It is especially worrisome that many ride in groups. Only thing worse than an a-hole is a group of a-holes.

I will meet with the Sheriff and see what can be done legally.

I had snowmobiles driving off the ITS trail that I give the local snowmobile association permission to use, they would drive off the trail and up through my woodlot and up to the back of my house at 1:00am, they came around last week asking if they could post the trail again this year, I said NO, not until you can assure me that isn't going to happen again.. He said we will make sure that doesn't happen anymore, I said you have no control over out of state people because they couldn't care less.

The only way they can continue ITS87 is for me to let them groom it and it isn't happening this year, I'm tired of it..
