I think I have the same recliner only in green. That load needs at least grade 70 chains at all corners and appropriate binders

And use ratchet binders not lever binders.

Next time you go messing with that you need a tandem equipment trailer with brakes on both axles, towed by a 1ton diesel truck and a CDL.
