HST stiff shifting between high and low

We bought our new 1815 HST in December. It got progressively harder to shift from high to low range. I finally took it in to the dealer thinking I would try out the warranty and fearing something was screwed up in the HST. The dealer called the next day saying it was fixed........all it needed was grease on the knuckle under the shift lever. Boy do I feel dumb

Works great now!
