Hub Spacers?

Wheel spacers make a huge difference. I have used a 4310 with 6" spacers on each side(tractor belongs to a family member)He had them custom made.Special fine thread bolts were required if I recall. This is not a project for most DIYers. You want them to be made correctly and installed correctly.Use loctite on all the fasteners and check them often.Failure could be disasterous.

Dirt, is that a John Deere cab? If so I wonder why they would stick that exhaust up thru the hood instead of routing it under the hood and up a post or under the tractor?

Yep on the loctight as I do not want them coming off. If I do it, I will go with Unverferth as they will seel you ll the hardware required, and they have a set made for the 4310. They do cost almost $700 a pair though.

A total of 8 inches added with the extensions. It made a huge difference in the stability of my 3520, especially on side hills.

They are very well made and precision cut mounting holes and threads. They are NOT CHEAP! $$$.$$

Dirt, I know what you mean. I asked my local dealer to get a price for me and it was almost $700 bucks for a pair of 6" nchers for the rear. They told me they would have to custom make them for 4" nchers, so I looked at the stock 6" for the 4310.

Yeah, that actually seems like it would be a cleaner install depending on where it was routed.

Has anybody drawn up plans for spacers they would like to share with us? I plan to have my CNC department make up a set for me and it sure would be easier then measuring and drawing up my self.

I had some 2" wheel spacers made locally for my Mahindra. They were around $300 to have made. The metric bolts cost something like $40-50.

It's worth it if things are tight.

here are pictures of front and rear spacers i had
shipped in from fred at wheeladapter.
they look pretty good, and will work well
for my customer that doesn't want to turn his
front wheels around, and other customers
that want tire chains on the rear R-4 tread.

i don't have pricing yet,, so i can't give that.
but i don't think they are cheap...

they do seem very well done...

Nice looking adapters! I notice you are using studs and nuts , is that how the stock wheels mount? I thought they were bolts not studs.
