They have to think of something to sell their over priced tractors. Bobcat is currently kicking some serious butt as far as good deals on tractors goes.

Um... there is a bullitin out about this, but we need to be asking some questions about it to get the details. It puts equipment under dealer cost with a kickback from Kubota. There has got to be some fine print here because we'll be signing up every customer with Quail Unlimited.

Kubota authorizes each chapter to approve selected members to purchase a tractor or excavator and two RTVs through your chapter's allocation per year,

To me that reads that each chapter has an allocation and the chapter decides on who gets the deal. A good question would be What are the chapter's allocations? If its 1 tractor and 2 RTV then id sure like to be a fly on the wall when 2 guys are wanting new kubota tractors?

If you follow the link it also says that you can start your own chapter.........and than maybe you can pick yourself for the discount.

On another page it doesn't mention anything about the chapter deciding who get the discount, only that your a member of QU

To be eligible for the discounts, customers must be a Quail Unlimited member and must retain ownership of the equipment for at least one year. They will be required to provide their Quail Unlimited membership number to qualify for the discounts. Local dealers have been advised of the discount program through Sales Bulletin DSB-2009-028. Freight, assembly and sales tax may be added to the price. In addition, financing is available to qualified customers, through the KCC financing program. Credit applications must be completed and approved through the local dealer. The promotion runs through December 31, 2009
