Now now HS. I would have rabbit ears but they don't work this far out. I had to go with a 15' antenna 30' in the air. My parents pay the $40 a month for more channels. They don't get anymore useful information than I get.

Well if you got internet you can read drudge and listen to Rush, you are good to go... I apologize.

Even in San Francisco we have Rush, Sean, Savage, etc...

The SF station was one of the first in the country to pick up Rush and the start of Savage... and Rush really got his start in Sacramento CA and in the early years never missed a chance to mention Rio Vista...

Will see what coverage there is on the nightly news...

DSL works ok for TBN... not so good for streaming... what can I say... the infrastructure here is old but I can see Silicon Valley from my porch... honest!

You beat my by 4 years... but the family moved north when I was very young.

I moved back to attend the Engineering program as San Jose' State... really have not been back much... simply don't care for traffic.

I grew up in Sunnyvale, left in 1974. Cry when I see what has happened there. Have some family in Santa Clara.

The Colorado river at Lagrange Texas is flowing over 80,000 cfs. Holy Cow! Evacuations in lower areas around Lagrange are mandatory. Prayers for all in this horrible flood/storm.

Here in Giddings, we've had over 20" of rain and it is still coming down in bucket loads. Under flash flood watch probably for 3 more days.

The "eye" has moved back over to Victoria. Victoria needs prayers. They have no power, and the city has shut the water system down for whatever idiotic reason. Can't flush a toilet, can't shower, no power. And all the power poles are leaning over needing replaced. It may take weeks to get all back on power. Thankfully, they are not flooding too much.

Houston is under water. Folks need to get to higher ground and fast!
