hyd control valve on 3 pt

Pull it off. It's very simple. There a few o rings in there. Trash could be from an a ring or anything downstream of the filter. But the internal tolerances can wear out allowing fluid to bypass and not work as well. They do wear out. I would pull it apart and look at it. If it doesn't work you haven't lost anything, I have pulled mine apart a few times when trying to fix the leak down issue mine has. But mine is no where near as sever as yours is.

Although not familiar with the 3110 relief valves I am thinking they are separate from the control valve. Would it be possible to pull them and just have a look making sure no trash or broken spring?

guess I need to look at my manual and see if the relief is located within the 3pt control valve B-4 I order one.
Now, just to find my manual. Since I moved to the farm, I can't seem to find anything when I need it.. LOL

Yes, clem. I may just take it apart and have a look. I don't want to take it apart and have things fly everywhere and not be able to get one.

Since it is the same valve as the 2000 looking at Hoye's check with this guy.

He always has misc. parts. Not much to the valve I had mine apart and back working in not much over an hour. That was 10Yrs. ago without the first problem since. The 198220-01261 friction plate, Fredricks # was harder to get back right than the valve.

the relief valves relieve internally.

If the relief is located within the valve (as I suspect it is) I want to replace it and see if this solves my problem.

Will repair it , or let Fredricks repair it...I intend to keep this tractor even though I'm in the market for a newer tractor with a little more lift capacity. Just haven't really had time to look yet

Many things going on since I moved to the farm. Concrete the garage floor, (40x80) installed and wired all the lights, wall plugs, spreading gravel, cutting dead trees, repairing water lines, You name it, I've had to do it.. LOL

Just talked to Fredricks about the HYD control valve. They say they are out as well, but there is a shipment on the way and should be here in about a month ?

Since your 3110 and the 2000 both seem to use the same control valve I would assume the relief valves might be similarly located. I expect your relief valve is located somewhere on the flange where your stop valve handle is located. Note the relief valve shown in this Hoye drawing. Could be on the front of the flange instead of the side. Yanmar Tractor Parts:
