Anybody know where to find these things?

I looked at as many on-line places as I could and couldn't find anything like what I need. Nor at TSC or the auto parts stores. I will try the New Holland and maybe John Deere place tomorrow.

Here's the way they look. There a 2 inch long 1/2 inch bolt (kinda) has a nut made onto it. It has an extra nut that can be tightened up to hold the entire thing to the fel arm. So the bolt goes through a hole in a brace on the fel arm, kinda like it goes through the piece of paper. Then the extra nut tightens it to the brace so the whole connector is supported. Here's a few pics.

There's 2 sets of them yes, I broke them both...I don't play.

The outside dimension of the thread is 1/2 inch on them.

The outside dimension of the larger one is 3/4 inch on them.

The bolt part of each on screws into the fitting part about 1/4 inch or so. It's broken off in there in both cases.

This is kinda how the bolt part goes into a hole in the brace.

And here's how the other nut tightens it up to hold the whole thing secure.

Try looking up colliflower, inc in your local yellow pages. They may have a website, too, so you might try google. They are a bit pricey, but they know their Sh*t. Always helpful an knowledgeable.:D

Hi Curly - It appears that you have a pair of typical bulkhead fittings there... plus a set of adapters so that threaded (i.e., fixed end) hoses can be connected with ease to those bulkhead fittings. You really do need to locate a Parker Hannifin (or similar) hydraulic fittings dealer in your area. There are subtle variations in those bulkhead fittings that may rise up and bite you in the behind if you try to match them up online.

Swallow hard and pay the high (local) price... or sell me that nifty new monster tractor now before it's too late! :D

Sheesh, you'd think TSC would have the typical stuff. Guess they'd need to get rid of some of those nifty clothes, dog toys, and BBQ paraphanelia though to make room...and that stuff prolly sells like crazy

OK, I'll swallow hard this time and cough up the dough for the fittings. I have your number though;)

By "typical" I did not mean "common." ;) Practically everyone has bulkhead fittings on their tractor... but it does not mean they are similar in size and end/thread types. TSC carries a mere handful of the most popular fittings. Your average Parker Hannifin dealer carries hundreds if not thousands.

I am fortunate to have a Parker Hannifin dealer a mere 2 miles away and he is a pretty darn decent guy. I go into shock every time he brings me behind the counter to match up a fitting or other part. God bless those guys and their ability to keep all those thousands of funny little things straight!

Well, I've never heard of any of these places...cause I've never needed them. But I'm sure there's nothing near me. Hopefully the New Holland parts department...or the John Deere parts dept will have a match. If not, I'll mail the old ones to you and you can go in there and match them up for me:D

No problem at all Curly! I'd be happy to help. I'm sure your nearest Kioti dealer (or any Kioti dealer) could get the parts in a day... but it sounds like you don't have a Kioti dealer real handy? Not quite so sure a Deere or N-H dealer will be able to help you. My cross-brand adventures have not been very fruitful.

Obviously, I am assuming these are original Kioti parts...

Surplus Center or Discount Hydraulic Hose might also be able to help you out if you call them and send them some accurate measurements and a few pix:

These are off of the 3rd function hydralic up front, which was added by the original owner. He could have had it done as part of his deal at the Kioti dealership, not sure.

But I do have a Kioti dealer about 60 miles from me, just never thought of it as a brand specific part. If I don't have any luck at the other dealers close to where I work, I have the wife take a drive to the Kioti place.

Thanks for the tips.

You need to figure out the brand and/or supplier of that 3rd function valve. It could make your life much easier! :)

I bet you never thought that adding a grapple would further your education in such a short time, huh? Good luck with the hunt. Yours is one of the first threads I look for when I come online, due to the "humor", and the ongoing discussion between you and Dougster. Poor guy, he would probably trade you some canned goods and a lifetime supply of peanut butter and crackers for your tractor.

Dang straight! :D In a New York minute! :D No dented cans either... and name brand peanut butter too! :D

Like a vulture circling... I am just waiting for the right moment in Curly's *funny-but-frustrating* adventures to swoop in for the kill! ;)

I pretend to be helping, of course... but it's all part of a mad plot to buy that magnificent beast of a tractor he owns for short money! :)

The connectors are from WRLong, which is what it's connecting to. Is that what you mean. These are the connectors I recently ordered. No sure about a valve, is that the thing further up the fel that has hoses connected to it that lead to these connectors?

I saw this the other day maybe here can't remember. But if you got to the DHH site they have good pictures once you have a feel for the type and I think yours is a bulkhead jic 37d on one side male pipe on the other . This attachment may help you with sizes. Could be metric of course, in which case you are truly in trouble. But I think not. If I had to guess I would say 1/4 MPT or 3/8 MPT and corrosponding 37d JIC on the other end.

Clearly, if W.R. Long supplied the "kit", they should know exactly what parts they supplied and should be able to supply you with a parts list & parts diagram(s) via email. Maybe even installation instructions as well, which might also help.

Why guess when you can know exactly what you need directly from the horse's mouth? :)

It is probably listed on the parts list/installation instructions, but if he is like me (and possibly the rest of us), he probably threw that away.

Well, the kit (if he did it that way) was done by the original owner, or he paid someone. So, no instructions there...but you're right, I woulda thrown them away anyhow:rolleyes:

By kit. do you mean valve, connectors hoses etc?

Well, the original kit (if it was done that way) had those weird connectors on it...the ones that would not connect to the WRLong connectors that were on the WRLong grapple. That's why I ended up buying a new set of connectors from WRLong...to connect to the grapple ($80) So, I suspect it prolly wasn't a WRLong kit...I could be wrong though.

Which DHH site? I went to Dhh.com and there's this picture of a prairie dog.
