I have a toolcat 5600. I have lost power steering and hydraulic function to lift arm and bed. I think it may be the pump, but am hoping it might be something more simple. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Does it still drive, wheels have power forward & reverse? If it does not drive, then check the drive belt. If wheels turn, then it is likely something in or at the gear pump(s).

It probably has a separate implement pump, so check all the safety locks and then install a hyd gage in the loader circuit and see if you can develop any pressure.

A flow meter gage setup would be the best way to determine pump flow and pressure capability.
