I've upladed several photos. One will give you an idea of what the land looks like prior ro clearing it with the tractor. The second shows the model numbr on the loader. The third shows the piiston part of the cylinder that measures 1 inch,.

So how would I go about measuring the hydraulic pressure ?
Kennyd sells a nice kit for measuring hydraulic pressure. You can see it on his website HERE
I have one, it was pretty cheap, and saved me the trouble of sourcing the parts myself. It's a much have tool in my book.

You would install a hyd gage in a tee in the IN port of the FEL and use it to monitor and troubleshoot the hyd system.

I think I would have retired by now if I had a buck for everyone that did this and then was disappointed with the longer cycle time!

Maybe not an option but I'd sell the **** tractor with the loader and get a different one. You might only take a small hit and at least justify the money spent rather than 6k on a loader..

Other than increasing pressure, what option does he have for increasing the lift capacity?

Maybe a lightweight bucket.

Which is preferable, lift or speed of operation.

No other options as I see it. I am puzzled though, if it is indeed a 300 loader and not a 300x (I have no idea how to tell the difference), why it is on the 3320 to begin with.

I thought about selling the tractor. I paid 15K for it 4 years ago which included pallet forks, bucket and a Howse 5' rotary mower. I like the tractor, FEL not withstanding it has been a real pleasure to own and operate. I've tried searching for a used or I should say a deal on a CX300 loader. there are not a lot out there that don't come attached to a tractor.

The used loader market is somewhat limited in Florida. I've used the FEL the way it is for 4 years as my wife says I have 2 hobbies "ripe sh*t up and tear sh*t down"

Interesting that someone mentioned loader speed. It moves really fast both going up and down.
