Why would you want one all they do is overload the hydraulic system and if you are moving right along and go to move your top link the flow restrictor just kills the engine and your momentum.

I removed all of mine and tossed them. Mine is an L3940 cab with HST (highly stupid transmission). Yours will do the same. Learn to feather the remote valve you'll be glad you did.

FYI it's impossible to "feather" an electric solenoid valve and many extra functions are powered with them.

I went with the adjustable inline flow controls on my recent build. I like the adjust-ability, as well as being able to shut them completely off If I get a cylinder that starts to drift over time.

I was looking at these for my front end loader.. That thing will go from barely moving to slamming the stops in a hurry. Enough to lift the front of the tractor when hitting them fulling raised. Really way too fast.

Not impossible to feather an electronic solenoid valve, it is just not cheap, my GL3130 modulates the solenoid for the hydraulic clutches every time it shifts.

I restricted the fitting on wood splitter wedge by tapping the inside of the fitting and screwing in a 3/8 bolt. I sawed the bolt of and then drilled a 1/8 hole thru it to allow oil to flow. cyl is a 1 1/2 in bore with 6in stroke. With full oil flow, it would lift so fast the wedge would jump off the beam. I did use it for a long time just feathering the control, but found that when I was trying to work fast, I would tend to jerk the lever instead of feathering. With the restriction I can jerk the lever all I want and the wedge just lifts nice and slow.

Tap the inside of the fitting as stated for whatever thread that will work but use the shortest setscrew you can get. Drill the orifice in the setscrew and screw in till the threads bottom. The setscrew is removeable if the orifice is too large or can be made larger.

I have worked for several off-road OEM engineering departments and this is what we did with prototypes. If the threads as a little loose just add a couple drops of red loctite.

If you really want to get fancy there are some one-way restrictors built into fittings so you can tailor each direction seperately, but I don't know where they bought them. They were a floating disc trapped in the fitting that would restrict one way but free flow the other. Used them one corn planter markers.
