Checked out your website. Just wondering when you're going to post the specifications of your hoses. Inner liner composition, outer covering composition, etc. Need to know to check fluid compatibility. Also would like to see the specifications of the 1 wire hose with 2 wire capabilities and the 2 wire hose with 4 wire capabilities.

The the hose we use for our hose assemblies to be used on farm equipment is SAE100r17 hydraulic hose rated 3000psi in all sizes 1/4 inch, 3/8 inch and 1/2 inch.

we do not sell bulk hose and fittings only assemblies

Okay, still need to know liner compositions to verify fluid compatibility.

And how about some info on the 1 wire hose with the performance of 2 wire?

United Hose Ltd. carries High Performance 1 wire hose with 2 wire working pressure. We also carry High Performance 2 wire hose with 4 wire working pressure. All our hose is manufactured to SAE 100R17 and SAE 100R16 specifications.

"Okay, still need to know liner compositions to verify fluid compatibility"

regarding inner tube it is standard inner tube that is used for hydraulic hose same as all other manufactures inner tube.

i believe it means our sae100r17 has burst pressures divided by 4 to equal the working pressure of sae100rat hydraulic hose. for example of 1/4 inch sae100r17 hydraulic hose bursts at 16000psi which divided by 4 equals 4000psi, which is close to the pressure rating of 1/4 inch sae100r2at. 3/8 inch hose bursts at 14000psi which divided by 4 equals 3500psi which is close to the working pressure of 3/8 sae100r2at and our 1/2 hose bursts at 12000psi which divided by 4 equals 3000psi which again is close to the 1/2 sae100r2at pressure rating.

as far as two wire with 4 wire strength, i do not know why that is there as we have never sold two wire hose before. we have never had an agricultural equipment manufacturer use two wire hose just our sae100r17 hose

No, not all hoses have the same inner liner. Weatherhead, Parker, and many others use a pure nitrile inner liner in their 100R1, 100R2, 100R16 etc. hoses. Cheaper knockoffs use cheaper fillers, not pure nitrile which is an inferior product.

The bold print above does not equal the specs for 100R2 or 100R16 hose. Your website says, "Equal To", not close to. Close only counts in horseshoes, hand grenades, and egg fights.

Your company is misrepresenting it's product. In a nutshell, false advertising. Why would you make that claim if you don't even offer the product?

I'll stick to payin a little more for a hose that says "Weatherhead" or "Parker"

Cheap Hose: $5.99
Good Hose: $24.99
Destroying the hydraulic pump in your $30,000 tractor because of shoddy hoses: Priceless

United Hose is first and foremost a hydraulic hose assembly factory for original equipment manufacturers, primarily in the agricultural field. We have made hoses for the following types of equipment manufacturers: front end loaders, backhoes, log splitters, rotary cutters, and assorted skid steer attachments manufacturers.

Our hoses has been proven in the field for years without any issues and we are constantly improving on product quality. We have used this hose for approximately 1/2 million oem hose assemblies and further we have supplied resellers to the big farm chain stores.

Our hose is not cheap it is inexpensive because you are buying factory direct not through resellers or brokers.

As far as Weatherhead hoses we think our hose assemblies are superior to Weatherhead because we skive our hoses. Meaning we remove the cover of the hose and we crimp the fitting right on to the wire insuring strong coupling retention.
