Hydraulic noises

   / Hydraulic noises #11
My TC33D had the same noise issue you mention during cold weather. Noise went away after fluid heated up. Some noise from the steel hydro lines but most from loader operation. Switched to AMSOIL hydro fluid and noise completely disappeared in the loader. Still had some very slight harmonic noise in the steel hydro lines so I used a plastic wire tie to snug them to each other and this noise went away also.

Just a side note: If you scoop any snow, make sure you use water-tolerating grease and grease the FEL often. Water is worse for your pins and bushings than dirt.

Kris,
Did you get your hydraulic vibration problem figured out? I have one on my DX33 at 1750 RPMs. I've identified the steel line that vibrates and it's very annoying.

The service bulletin that jcollins posted seems to be exactly what I am experiencing.
