What’s the shelf life on unopened 5 gal buckets of quality hydraulic oil?

Looking at aviation hydraulic fluids it appears to be a 3-5 year shelf life.
Looking at chevron's site AW32, a common hydraulic fluid has a shelf life of 60 months (5 years)
So your probably good for quite some time as the manufactures put the life cycle rating based on storing it in the worst environments possible.
