What would happen if a hyd motor on a rotary mower, that was being powered by a pto driven 540 pump, was changed by being powered by a 1000 pto pump? :confused2:

Nothing unless GPM delivery went up or down. In which case motor speed would change. -- If its the same pump you are turning faster it would near double [1000/540]
motor speed in comparison to the lower PTO speed.

Thanks for the reply. I have two pieces of equipment, they are same but one is has a 540 pump driven by my tractors pto and the other has a 1000 pump. I was seeing if the motors could be swapped out if need be.:D
