all I can say is that there are a few idiots (sorry for my lack in ability to think up a better name) that cannot see the forest for the trees.

THERE ARE APLICATIONS FOR THIS UNIT OUT THERE AND NOT ALL APPLICATIONS OR OPERATORS NEED HYDRAULIC UP.

Me for instance, I get tired of messing with the screw adustment all the time, on my 8N it was old and rusty and a pain to adjust, and I am sure the Bobcats will rust sometime.

Something that is simple to adjust would be a great option and for a couple hundred bucks it would be worth it.

I'm kind of wondering why no one has come up with a 12 volt powered, self-contained electro-hydraulic toplink. Something like what is used to power trim tabs on boats. Now, that sounds like it would be a good alternative to a permanently plumbed hydraulic system.
