Thanks for the information on the MM installation on your Jeep. The problem with Tractor installations is that the MM winch is limited to 1500 PSI pressure and tractors typically have 2500 to 2600 PSI and flows higher than the recommended 3 to 4 GPM. So the separate spool valve is to control flow and pressure to within safe limits for the winch

Yep, that's a problem. I'm running 2000 PSI but only 5 gpm.

talked to the dealer and he showed me how to tap into the existing hydraulics in series with the FEL valve. There is a 1/2 inch hose on top of the FEL valve about 18 inches long that will be replaced with a from and to hose to the new spool valve. Should be an easy and straight forward modification.
