I have had my Satoh Bull S630D for three weeks and everything worked fine. Then all of a sudden I am having problems with the hydraulics for my loader and 3-point. When I first start my tractor I have to rev the engine to get my loader to raise and about half way it kicks and and everything is fine. After that both the loader and 3-point work fine.
I drained the oil and replaced the filter, since the old one was
completely worn and missing, but still have same thing happening except now the 3-point doesn't work at all.
I have taking all the lines apart to look for any of the old filter
remains and to look for clogs. I did find some o fthe filter but
nothing really big.
Previous owner had made a dip stick to check the hyraulic fluid using the large 1-1/4" hole on the top left of the tranny. It sticks down about 5" and oil level was to this point. Thats about 5 gallons which is higher than it should be. What is this hole for? IS 3.17 gallons enough for both the loader and 3-point?
I also removed the upper half of the tranny to make sure 3-point linkage was broke. It is fine.
I took the control valve check for blockages there, whch there
arent't but didn't mess with that at all.
I have looked for blockages, checked the lines, oil level and all is fine. Any ideas? WOuld air in the system be something that would now be making the 3-point not work? How would you bleed the air out.
Really need help for this. Thanks
