Thank you everyone for your replies. I decided to get the tractor floated to the mechanic. The shop is usually not a parts seller, so I'm hopeful they will be able to figure it out.
Kenny, the blower auger is powered by a PTO shaft directly to the 540 PTO takeoff. Then I have 4 hydraulic lines that power chute rotation and deflection angle. Deflection is a short hydraulic cylinder and rotation is a hydraulic motor. Each put some strain on the hydraulics, but don't cause it to stall like loader work or mostly the PTO.
I do agree that something is causing a blockage, but I did not know how to debug this without hydraulics knowledge.
I will try to remember to post the outcome, I really hope its nothing too bad.
BTW, my first step was to replace hydraulic fluid and filter and it improved some, but not much.
