Go fast, mine are not ssqa because I did not want ssqa although they can be. I have written frequently in the past 3 years about MyTractorTools. COM because they specialize in making numerous products specifically for the needs of sub compact tractors. (lighter but stronger).

My forks mounting plate came Saturday. Today I got my pallet fork backstop. I read where these get bent in shipping but mine appears in great shape.
I hope the tool holder does not take that long to get here.
I used my old bucket forks to get the pallet fork backstop unloaded.

How much does just this mounting plate weigh? It looks like a unit that is designed for larger tractors than a Sub-Compact tractor. My whole 1 piece fork set is only 100 pounds and it can handle over 1500+ lbs of payload because mine can be set on the loader or the 3pt.. My gc1715 loader (a dl95) handles up to 900+ lbs of payload plus forks whereas on the 3pt it's a couple hundred pounds more payload with forks attached.

How much did your setup cost?
The pallet plate is about 120 pounds the forks are about 95 pounds.
It is all about choices this one can lift 2600 lb Capacity more than I need. Skid Steer mounts seem heaver but are very quick to take on off.
These were $307 shipped so I am giving up a little capacity for lower cost. The forks come off that is a plus it will be adapting the plate to do more than hold forks.
I will be breaking out my welder to connect up a boom pole maybe a hitch that will connect up to this pallet fork plate.
I have searched on here and this one seems in line with the weight that others have bought with Skid Steer mounts.

I am not a welder and prices are coming in at 500.00 to turn my existing bucket into a QA

I will need to cut off my pin on connector. I have lots of options.
Oxy acetylene torch, hand band saw, plasma cutter a cheap one, the good old cut off wheels.
I am swaying towards cut off wheel but what have other used?
Any tips?
I was able to find where some other did this and they used a cutoff wheel so i will probably go that way.
